• Pro-Property provide members of the Board with practical guidance on:
• • Requirements of the relevant legislation.
  • Advice on the enforcement of the conduct rules including and the handling of disputes.
• Provision of relevant publications and informational booklets.
• Trustee/owner training through in-house presentations and affiliated bodies i.e. NAMA and SAIPA.

Pre-Paid Electricity

• Pro-Property is an accredited vendor of “Cash Power” and “Cyber Vendit” pre-paid electricity.
• Electricity is sold at our offices (office hours) and available on 24hour standby.

Remote Controls

• We stock and control the programming and sales of remote controls for access gates. 

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Pro-Property has motivated Maintenance and Cleaning teams supervised by an experienced Maintenance Manager.
